- Anbernic RG SP Gets Shown Off in First Gameplay Showcase: While much of the focus right now is on the Retroid Pocket Nova, Anbernic’s next handheld is flying under the radar. After debuting just a few days ago, a new video YouTube video gives us a look at the Anbernic RG SP playing some of our favorite retro games.
- The MagicX Mini Dream Is ‘Official’, but It Raises Plenty of Questions: Earlier this month, MagicX reached out to the community to get some input on the Mini40 handheld, while announcing the discontinuation of the Mini Zero 28. Then, MagicX was back with another announcement, this time, introducing a “custom” 3.3-inch OLED display. Today, the MagicX Mini Dream has been formally introduced and will apparently be the next handheld from the MagicX camp.
- Game Bub is Finally ‘Shipping Soon’ and You Can Still Pre-order One: It’s been a long road for the team behind the Game Bub, an FPGA retro handheld that’s been in the works for the better part of the past year or two. However, the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter by the day, as the Game Bub will begin shipping soon to backers.

- Pepsiman Recompiled Lets You Play This Cult-Classic in Your Browser: Over the past year, we’ve seen a treasure trove of games get recompiled or decompiled, making them more easily playable on other platforms. One of the latest games to get this treatment might come as a surprise, as Pepsiman Recompiled is now available.
- Nintendo Says “No!” To Consumer Tariff Refunds: In a subsequent class action lawsuit filed in April following Nintendo’s own lawsuit with the United States government regarding tariff-related rebates, their official stance is to deny any form of rebate to the consumers, barring Nintendo wins/settles with the government at all.
