Kingdom Hearts IV – Switch 2
It looks like Nomura finally found time to render some gameplay! Notably more Final Fantasy esque, the Square x Disney series she is the light of day again after 4 years. Since no release date is in sight, back to the waiting bin for this one.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
I am honestly still in a bit of shock over this, but Nintendos Zelda release this year is a canon event, and a perfect way to celebrate 40 years of the series. No additional details have released other than this short segment, but it is promised for 2026. They’re probably saving the details for another direct (Maybe with some movie details).
Great Nintendo Direct?
To me this Direct was monumental. It shows that the third party support or the console it’s only an accelerating and zesty first party titles are finally getting traction. That being said, this also very RPG heavy. We have an entire generation for a new Pikmin, Animal Crossing, Smash Bros, and F-Zero title, so I am more than satisfied with what Nintendo showed us today.
