Here in the U.S., we are reaching Thanksgiving. It is a holiday to be thankful for what we have, but also to enjoy eating delicious food with your loved ones. Do you ever wish you could experience living in a game world? What if just to eat the cuisine? I have and I have collected some of the ones I wouldn’t mind trying.
Final Fantasy XV
The food in Final Fantasy XV looks so realistic and delicious. They spent more money and time on the food of the game than they did for the ending of the game, though updates have fixed that. If I could cook with my boyband of friends and try some of the cuisines, that would be great. Maybe having a Cup of Noodles on the back of a Chocobo.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
There is something satisfying about forging for your own food and cooking it over a campfire. In Breath of the Wild (and Tears of the Kingdom), this is exactly what you do! This food instantly gives Link health and sometimes some stat bonuses, so it has to be delicious, right?
I have a huge sweet tooth. I know there is a monster extract in the monster cake, but it still looks really good. It doesn’t just heal you, but it also boosts all of your stats by 5%. It must be delicious if it can do all of that. Who said sugar is bad for you?
Castlevania
I know there aren’t many food options in Castlevania and you would have to worry about all the creepy monsters running around. There is one food that I really want to try though and that is why it is on the list. That food is…The Wall Chicken.
I am not good at Castlevania games. That is probably why I get way too excited when I discover some chicken coming from the wall and landing on the floor to replenish my health. With that, I really wouldn’t mind trying a bite. If it is good enough for the Belmonts, it is good enough for me.
Rare Candy – Pokemon
Pokemon has some interesting food options like the new Pokemon enhancing food in Scarlet/Violet, curries in Sword/Shield, and even Slowpoke tails! If they eat Slowpoke tails, what other Pokemon do they eat? I would try it all probably, but there is one thing that entices me the most and that is rare candy.
First, it is called Rare Candy. It makes me think this is some kind of delicacy in the Pokemon universe unless you do the MissingNo glitch. The rare candy instantly makes your Pokemon level up. What kind of thing would this do to a human? This is what I want to know!
Monster Hunter
Monster Hunter has some great food options. Like Breath of the Wild, you can hunt some animals and just set up a fire to make some meat from it, right there in the open, in front of all of its friends and family. You even get a fun little jingle to tell you when it is ready, or if you are like me, that you have burned it.
My favorite option is to go to a local restaurant and grab some grub. You can place an order and the little cat-like creatures will get to work on a huge array of great-looking meals. These meals also boost your stats, so they have to be delicious!
