Not even a month later, OneXPlayer is back on Indiegogo with the release of their latest handheld, the OneXPlayer 3. This time around you’re looking at a big fat 8.8″ OLED display with 144hz support and variable refresh rate, an 85 watt hour battery, all the I/O you could shake a stick at and the star of the show, Intel’s Arc G3 Extreme CPU with the Arc B390 integrated graphics. But there’s a lot more to talk about with this one as well.

Starting at “just” $1,399 for the 24gb and 512gb SSD this jumps up as high as $1,699 if you’re looking for 32gb of ram and a 1tb SSD during the Indiegogo campaign. While the prices may increase following the campaign, the only other handheld released at this time is the MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ which currently sits at $1, 799 over on the Best Buy website. Meaning if you want to save a little money, the OneXPlayer will be slightly cheaper with a different feature set when compared to the MSI. And what is that feature set?

Well it’s their 3-in-1 feature advertisement on the Indiegogo page. Just like past OneXPlayer handhelds, the 3 features a pair of removable controllers which you can use separately from the tablet portion of the console, or you can use the tablet on its own. And if neither of those strike your fancy, you can also choose to use the OneXPlayer 3 as a Pseudo Microsoft Surface Pro Mini thanks to an attachable keyboard you can add on during the IGG campaign.
If you’re looking for a handheld thaat can do more than just game, this may be an option worth looking at as the G3 Extreme in the OneXPlayer 3 is going to be quite performant and will likely manage day to day tasks just as well as it can manage your Forza Horizon 6 gameplay. And if that’s of interest to you, be sure to check out their Indiegogo Page for more information.
