AYANEO, never ones to rest on their laurels, rolled out four new x86 based devices during their 2026 Sharing Session today. As always, CEO Arthur Zhang gave his new machines a show-stopping, Steve Jobs-esque moment in an effort to show AYANEO’s reach beyond handheld gaming.
AYANEO Next II
First up was the AYANEO Next II, the successor to their well-received 2021 Next and the revision, 2023’s Next Lite. The Next II will be powered by the brand new AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 platform, a mostly unproven chip with a lot of hype, claiming to offer entry-level discrete graphics performance; a bold claim for an integrated chip.

It also has two trackpads, and Arthur made vague references to “innovation surrounding battery life and thermal cooling”, which sounds exciting, but is hardly concrete data. AYANEO did not share the Next II’s resolution or many details, but the Next II positions itself as a flagship x86 handheld to watch.
AYANEO Flip 11
Next up is AYANEO’s first foray into gaming laptops, the AYANEO Flip 11. This is an 11-inch gaming laptop with a full-sized keyboard, a rarity given its form-factor. Images that were teased even suggest shoulder buttons which implies that AYANEO may offer a full suite of integrated controls like the GPD Win Max, meaning that this could be a great multifunctional device for everyday carry.

Like the other announced devices, details on resolution, specs, and CPU have yet to be shared. Nevertheless, the prospect of a full gaming laptop in such a small form factor is very attractive.
New AYANEO Mini PCs
AYANEO also announced a revision to their niche AM01, the aptly named AM01S. This AM01S has a fully functioning attached display, replacing the original’s dummy display. The device also builds on the original’s quirky retro Apple design with a neutral gray-ish body and a familiar rainbow decal.

They also announced a B-Duck option, because that is a thing that has been successful for them before. They have not provided specifics about what hardware is under-the-hood of the AM01S, but the meeting of retro design and fully integrated display is bound to be appealing to somebody.
Finally, AYANEO announced the brand new AM03. They revealed the device during the event, with an emphasis on the new minimalistic design language. Interestingly enough, AYANEO also made a brief mention of an AM04 device, which leaves us to wonder what other devices are yet-to-be-announced for their already stacked schedule. There are no details or specs available for either device.

AYANEO is clearly not hesitating to expand its range of devices with this newest wave of x86 devices. While some of these products may still remain a little vague on specific details, the sheer diversity of product innovation, coupled with AYANEO’s commitment to their user base should set AYANEO up for success in the coming year.
