AYANEO continues its relentless march of innovation, unveiling a fresh batch of devices during today’s 2026 Sharing Session. During the livestream, AYANEO CEO Arthur Zhang revealed three new premium handhelds each waiting to take their place in your collection.
First up is the mysterious AYANEO Pocket Vert. Details are scarce for this one, but we do know that it will feature a “highly requested ultra-high-res” premium screen, which is vague but promising. AYANEO also hints that the Pocket Vert’s design will pay homage to the classic Game Boy like their nostalgia-inspired Pocket DMG.

Then we have the AYANEO Pocket DS, not to be confused with the Windows-based Flip DS. The handheld features two screens with what appears to be a 16:9 top screen and a 4:3 lower screen. The images seem to suggest that it will be marginally chunkier than the similarly sized Retroid Pocket Flip 2, suggesting to me it will be comfortable to hold while playing games on both screens. The Pocket DS will be available in at least three colors: white, black, and yellow.

Next, AYANEO crosses into the mobile space with the AYANEO Gaming Pad, which features an 8.3-inch LCD display with a brilliant 2K (2266×1488) resolution with a very desirable 120Hz refresh rate and a 3:2 aspect ratio. The bezels look to be a little chunky and the overall design language recalls the futuristic tech look of brands like Nothing and CMF. They’ll also be offering a USB-C connected controller to attach, which will also be sold separately. The controller attachment will be available in at least three colors, brown, yellow and black.

Finally, AYANEO also teased the completely unexpected AYANEO Phone. While details are still shrouded in the usual AYANEO mystery, CEO Zhang hinted at a unique slide mechanism, immediately conjuring images of classic, slider-style devices like the Xperia Play or the recent Anbernic RG Slide. Beyond the intriguing form factor, the core promise of the AYANEO Phone is unadulterated gaming-focused performance, suggesting a device engineered from the ground up to push mobile gaming to its limits.

Let’s be real, phones are their main competition. I personally bog my phone down with enough apps as it is, without adding an SD full of more games… So I am very interested in a separate device specifically for gaming. I am curious to see what they release and how they are priced.
A phone? Ok I’m intrigued.
