2Ship2Harkinian, a fan-made PC Port of The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, has been updated to version 1.1.1 which adds long-awaited features to the game.
Majora’s Release History
Majora’s Mask lives as one of Nintendo’s most adventurous titles to date. Ocarina of Time was a massive success for the company, and Majora’s Mask is a sequel that challenges the way in which the game was played. Days repeat, tasks have timers, and the moon is on the verge of killing everyone. It’s far different from the play style of Ocarina of Time, but it still received high praise from reviewers.
In 2015, Nintendo rereleased Majora’s Mask as a 3DS title after the roaring success of the previous entry, Ocarina of Time 3D. Just like its original iteration, it also saw massive praise from reviewers. Because of its changes in quality of life, a reimagination of the original play style, and obviously updated visuals, the game received high scores from reviewers around the world.
Now, Majora’s Mask is being remade for the PC by a group of fans. Unlike emulation, this is a full port of the original game to have it natively played on Windows computers.

Some new implementations of modern gameplay mechanics are also included in this upgrade. Gyro support for aiming in first-person mode and an item tracker overlay are a few of the notable new additions to this update.
The development of 2Ship2Harkinian is ongoing and continuous, so new features or quality-of-life changes and fixes can be expected as the days pass. If you’re a fan of the Zelda series and its history, 2Ship2Harkinan may be the most welcoming way to dive into the game if you never have before.
The game patcher can be found on the 2Ship2Harkinian Github. It requires you to source your own ROM of the game, so you’re on your own there. However, if you want to play the port, you can follow our guide to find out how to install it on a Steam Deck or Windows PC.
