The Pocket Air Mini, a budget device from AYANEO that’s been lighting up the retro handheld community due to its low cost and excellent build quality, is getting a limited edition B. Duck release from AYANEO. Releasing in a yellow colorway (synonymous with the B. Duck mascot, but otherwise unusual in the retro handheld space), the B. Duck edition of the Pocket Air Mini is certainly a treat for the eyes.

During an AYANEO sharing session this morning, Arthur revealed details on the new Pocket Air Mini B. Duck. A popular limited edition release series that AYANEO is known for with their devices, the Pocket Air Mini B. Duck version comes in a striking yellow colorway with the eponymous B. Duck design on the front and back of the device.
The B. Duck edition will utilize the same device specs as the standard edition Pocket Air Mini, including a Helio G90T chip and 1280×960 LCD display. The B. Duck edition will cost $99.99 for the 2GB/32GB configuration and $109.99 for the 3GB/64GB configuration. The device is available immediately on AYANEO’s website in limited quantities.
The Pocket Air Mini is a favorite device of many in the retro handheld community, myself included, and it’s nice to see AYANEO release a B. Duck limited edition that only costs ~$10 more than the standard Pocket Air Mini available in Black, White, or Retro Power. Outside of its use as an accent color, yellow is not something you see very often in retro handheld devices, so the Pocket Air Mini B. Duck edition certainly stands out.
