OneXPlayer has announced its latest Windows handheld with the OneXFly F1 Pro. The company published its first trailer video on YouTube, revealing the design, in addition to a few other details.

Notably, the F1 Pro will feature a 7-inch OLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. This alone is a pretty big upgrade over the original OneXFly, which utilizes an IPS screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.

In terms of power, it seems that OneXPlayer will offer the OneXFly F1 Pro in at least two different variants. The video shows off both the AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 and HX 370 being used to replace the 8840U found in the current OneXFly.

These chips were introduced earlier this year, but we have yet to see them arrive in an x86 handheld. However, ETA Prime spent some time with a dev unit, comparing it to the Z1 Extreme, and AMD might have another winner.

Z1 Extreme vs Ryzen AI 9 365 Geekbench 6 Scores - ETA Prime

At a 30W TDP, the AI 9 365 outperformed the Z1 Extreme with better Single-Core and Multi-Core Scores in Geekbench 6. This trend continued across an array of tests, slightly outperforming the Z1 Extreme at just about every turn.

From there, the trailer for the F1 Pro also revealed that it will weigh 598 grams, which is around the same weight as the OneXFly. It will also come equipped with a dual speaker system, complete with Harman AudioEFX tuning.

Arguably the biggest surprise came when the video showed that the F1 Pro will use a “Self-developed Joystick Algorithm: Zero Deadzone, No Drift.” Those are some pretty bold claims to be making, so it will be rather interesting to see if OneXPlayer is able to back them up.

Lastly, the company announced that instead of using the RGB backlit “OneXFly” logo on the right grip, you’ll be able to change it up. In fact, OneXPlayer says you’ll be able to personalize, so you can put your name or gamertag and still enjoy the RGB backlighting.

Hopefully, we won’t have to wait too long before learning the rest of what the OneXFly F1 Pro will bring to the market.
